On December 4, 2007, Governor Preston E. Smith Regents Professor of Law Gerry W. Beyer was the guest speaker at the December meeting of the Houston Attorneys in Tax and Probate organization. His presentation was entitled Case Law Update and covered recent judicial developments relating to the Texas law of intestacy, wills, estate administration, trusts, and other estate planning matters.
