Texas Women Lawyers recently conducted a survey of Texas law firms' maternity leave policies. Professors Dillon and Horn analyzed the survey results, presented those results at the Texas Women Lawyers' annual meeting, and prepared a report for Texas Women Lawyers and the Texas Bar Foundation. The professors' work is acknowledged in the article "Retaining and Mentoring Women and Minority Lawyers," which appears in the April 2008 Texas Bar Journal.
