On April 22, 2008, Governor Preston E. Smith Regents Professor of Law Gerry W. Beyer was the guest speaker at the April meeting of the Probate, Trusts and Estates Section of the Dallas Bar Association.

Prof. Beyer's presentation focused on recent judicial developments relating to the Texas law of intestacy, wills, estate administration, trusts, and other estate planning matters.
