Professor Bruner will present his working paper titled "States, Markets, and Gatekeepers: Public-Private Regulatory Regimes in an Era of Economic Globalization," in which he examines the relationship between public and private sources of power in the regulation of global bond markets and the Internet. Professor Bruner will also be presenting the paper at the inaugural meeting of the Society of International Economic Law, to be held at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva, Switzerland in July.
