Charles "Tex" Thornton Professor Brian Shannon spoke on May 20 at the Texas Center for the Judiciary's 2008 Criminal Justice Conference in Dallas. Shannon's speech was entitled, "Insanity, Competency, & Mental Retardation." Attenees included Texas Court of Criminal Appeals judges, and jurists from across Texas.
