On June 11, 2008, Governor Preston E. Smith Regents Professor of Law Gerry W. Beyer will speak at the 32nd Annual Estate Planning and Probate Course sponsored by the State Bar of Texas. His presentation is entitled Case Law Update, in which he will discuss judicial developments relating to the Texas law of intestacy, wills, estate administration, trusts, and other estate planning matters.
