Professor Bruner will present his working paper titled "States, Markets, and Gatekeepers: Public-Private Regulatory Regimes in an Era of Economic Globalization," in which he examines the relationship between public and private sources of power in the regulation of global bond markets and the Internet.
The SIEL meeting will be hosted by the Centre on Trade and Economic Integration at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Geneva.
