Professor Nancy Soonpaa was invited to teach a master class to all international competitors and coaches at the recent International Negotiation Competition. She spoke on "Negotiation Skills: Effective Communication, Active Listening, and Managing Questions."

Law students from 14 countries competed in the event. Professor Soonpaa has assisted in judging and administering the competition since a Tech team (coached by Professors Soonpaa and Brian Shannon) won the event in 2005.
