Charles "Tex" Thornton Professor of Law Brian Shannon has been invited to present at a CLE entitled, Representing Mentally Impaired Clients, in Houston on October 27. The conference is jointly sponsored by the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals, the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, the Task Force on Indigent Defense, and others.
