Professor Ann Graham was recently interviewed by CFO Magazine and her remarks were included in an article appearing in the September issue.  Congress is considering giving shareholders a non-binding referendum vote on executive compensation -- sometimes called "say on pay."  More meaningful executive compensation disclosures will also be part of the legislative package.
