Gabriel Eckstein, the George W. McCleskey Professor of Water Law, will speak on "The Legal and Governmental Implications for the Human Right to Water" at the conference "Water as a Human Right: Context and Consequences," being held in Ottawa in Canada on October 14, 2009. The event is sponsored by the Fulbright Foundation and the University of Ottawa.
